Cheyanne Wilcox brings over five years of experience working with children and adolescents in high-acuity settings. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Southern Maine and a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology with a creative arts emphasis from the University of Maine at Farmington. Cheyanne’s clinical foundation is rooted in person-centered and trauma-informed approaches, drawing on her background in cultural psychology and her commitment to compassionate care. Her early work as a Behavioral Health Professional and as a psychiatric technician on an inpatient pediatric unit shaped her skills in de-escalation and trauma-informed practice. Cheyanne enjoys integrating art and other creative modalities into therapy, helping clients explore new ways of expressing themselves beyond traditional talk therapy.
