I’ve called Maine home since 2005 — and I’m here to stay. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor, with a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Vermont. I’ve been practicing for over 20 years, working with adolescents and young adults in a variety of settings, including private practice, residential treatment, youth and family services, and the Department of Corrections.
My clinical approach is grounded in short-term, solution-focused modalities such as Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful work and lasting change, and I focus on building skills clients can carry forward into their lives.
Outside of work, I love exploring the outdoors with my husband and two children — hiking, skiing, and biking through Maine’s beautiful landscapes.
