Dr. Joshua Nickerson, DO

Hello! My name is Josh Nickerson and I am a board certified psychiatrist. I have been in practice for about a decade, and over this time have worked in a variety of clinical settings. I have a passion for teaching and over the years have taught numerous residents and medical students, and at one point was named to faculty at Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine. I strongly believe that no two children or adults have the same exact causes of their symptoms, and that the best treatment approaches are individualized. I prescribe medication as part of treatment, but prior to making medication changes I feel it is important to more fully understand you or your child. Choosing medications will always be a collaborative discussion.
