I was born and raised in Maine, and I’m proud to support adolescents and their families in the community that shaped me. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Addictions-Informed Mental Health Professional (CAIMHP), I am passionate about helping young people recognize their strengths, navigate life’s challenges, and build meaningful, lasting change.

I believe that genuine growth happens when we are willing to step outside of our comfort zones, but never alone. My approach is rooted in creating a safe, supportive, and trusting therapeutic environment where adolescents feel empowered to take healthy risks, develop new skills, and work toward their treatment goals. While the process of healing is not always easy, I believe that discomfort, when paired with compassion and support, can become a catalyst for meaningful transformation.

My clinical work draws from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and experiential interventions such as equine-assisted psychotherapy. I strive to tailor treatment to each adolescent’s unique needs while collaborating closely with families and multidisciplinary teams to foster lasting success. My professional experience includes residential treatment, community mental health, family therapy, group therapy, and care coordination, with a strong emphasis on individualized, strengths-based care.

Above all, I believe that every person is capable of growth and change. My goal is to help each adolescent discover resilience they may not yet see in themselves, build confidence in their abilities, and leave treatment with the tools needed to create a life that feels meaningful and authentic.
