My name is Leah Frim, and I am one of the Program Managers at Ridge NH. My claim to fame at the Ridge is being one of the first employees hired back in December 2022. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Communication from Emerson College and pursued the Graduate Studies Program in Early Childhood Education with a Special Education endorsement from Salem State College. I have worked in Non-Profit Human Services for over 25 years. Some of my most rewarding positions have been:

I am an active member of the Board of Directors at the Lakes Region Humane Society for the past 7 years, secretary for the past 2 years. I have been involved in the local community theater, Garrison Players for the Arts in such performances as 9 to 5 and Fiddler on the Roof. I enjoy boating, dancing, karaoke and spending time with cherished family and friends.
My therapeutic style is integrative/holistic. This approach combines elements from different therapeutic techniques to tailor treatment to the individual’s specific needs. I feel it is important to recognize that no single approach works for everyone and that a flexible, personalized approach is often most effective.
