Kirsten Kilroy, LICSW

Kirsten Kilroy, LICSW, is a primary therapist who brings warmth, insight, and evidence-based care to her clinical work. She earned her MSW from the University of New Hampshire in 2019 and holds a BS in Social Work from Franciscan University in 2017. Kirsten has worked in community mental health, outpatient counseling, and clinical case management, with experience supporting youth, families, and adults. She specializes in treating eating disorders, OCD, anxiety, and depression using DBT, CBT, ACT, and HAES-informed approaches. Kirsten is passionate about helping clients reconnect with their values and build a life worth living. Outside of work, she enjoys podcasting, theater, and discovering new coffee spots.
